We have kept our prices as low as we can as we are not employing trained staff and as a 'NOT FOR PROFIT VENUE',   Hamilton Hall has always offered something back to the gay community which from experience,   is quite an unusual thing.
We do not offer nursing or a carer package. It's just a supportive place to live. If ill health of any kind means it is too hard to stay here, then we will assist you in finding a care / nursing home but all monies paid to this new venue, is up to you and no on at Hamilton Hall, or Hamilton Hall the business, is responsible for your finances or well being after you leave here.

Dear John. Love your idea about Community Living.  Your charges are so very reasonable. I closed my gay guest house down 3 years ago as my partner had had enough and your idea has given us food for thought.  Here in Florida there are many elderly people living alone and isolated and I never would have thought of community living.  I spent hours reading both your web sites. Great stuff. You are obviously a very competant and professional man and I congratulate you.
